Welcome
Our work focuses on how memories are made and stored in the brain. Our goal is to discover mechanisms underlying different types of memory, and use this knowledge with our collaborators to develop interventions to promote mental health.
Current projects in the group include analysis of the neurochemical signalling requirements of memories associated with drugs of abuse or memories of aversive events.
If you are interested in joining the team, collaborating, or for media inquiries, please email Dr. Cahill at emma.n.cahill@bristol.ac.uk.
